Multiple Reed Switch Actuation with Rotating 2-Pole Bar Magnet
Description
The bar style permanent magnet is centered directly over the Reed Switch and is rotated using the change in polarity to actuate the Reed Switch multiple times.
When the magnet position is changed from parallel to perpendicular, the reed switch magnetic lobes also change. When the permanent magnet is positioned perpendicular and directly over the center of the switch, the reed switch is not influence by the magnet, opening the reed contacts.
