Multiple Reed Switch Actuations Using the Center Magnetic Lobes
The permanent magnet is used in a parallel position to the Reed Switch and is influenced by the center magnetic lobes. Positioning the magnet closer to the Reed Switch will take advantage of the center lobes as well as the two outer lobes and produce multiple opens and closures as the permanent magnet moves parallel to the plane of the Reed Switch.
